The client wanted to get a cozy and comfortable apartment of 160 square meters.

The realized design project of an apartment in Grand Park (Odessa) for a young family.

"Apartment with a terrace" was designed and implemented by the studio Kvartalstudio. On an area of ​​220 square meters there are two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a panoramic view of the sea. The object took the 3rd place at the All-Ukrainian competition "Interior of the Year" in 2010.

The apartment has a current layout in the style of / open space /. Stylish and concise bends of furniture, natural halftone, lack of magnificent drawings or abundant accessories. These are the main features of this interior.

The project with a small budget for implementation turned into a stylish and cozy apartment consisting of two rooms. There are the studio and the sleeping area with a dressing room.

It was a house that we almost completely reconstructed. Changed the functional purpose of the premises, making it more comfortable for a family of four.

The project is an apartment consisting of two floors with a terrace. On the first floor there are a studio, a bathroom and a laundry room. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom and a terrace.

As part of the reconstruction, a complete redevelopment was carried out with the organization of the terrace at the second level.

The apartment was designed and fully implemented by the Kvartalstudio group for a young family in Odessa.

This mansion is an ideal home for connoisseurs of nature, fresh air and a sense of freedom that they give.

The first thing that attracts the incoming is a lot of space, large windows through which light penetrates almost into all rooms. The first living room is located in front of the home theater, not far from the kitchen. This type of layout is convenient and practical in everyday life. Classical furniture forms are combined with elements of modern design.

Apartments in the "White Sail" were designed and implemented by Kvartalstudio. On an area of ​​214 square meters located two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, as well as a bathroom with panoramic sea views. The object took 2nd place at the All-Ukrainian competition "Interior of the Year" in 2012.

The house is designed and built by Kvartalstudio for a large family, as a place for summer holidays. On the territory there is a swimming pool, playground, pond.
